Medical coverage is still provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield of AZ. There are a few changes to the plan design — see the View Changes link in the Overview tab for details.
How to find a network provider: Visit azblue.com → Find Care → Browse the network → select 2025 as coverage year and employer provided under type of coverage → choose medical under type of provider, then Statewide / National PPO.
Dental coverage is still provided through Delta Dental of Arizona.
Vision coverage is still provided through Superior Vision.
By submitting proof of alternative medical and/or dental coverage, you may opt to waive Leona's coverage and receive a waiver payment, which will be included in each of your paychecks.
FSA accounts are still managed by WEX. Remember, re-enrollment is required to participate annually.
